How do you make ambush appear on the same hotkey as mutilate when it is possible to use?

I just started playing assasin, but how are you not energy starved? Seems like you have unlimited energy

Its the poison build and with a Talent you gain 1 energy every time a poison Hits critical and you also got a Talent which gains you 7 energy every time a bleed procs on a poisoned enemy. But in this build he only got the second talent.

And as more enemys are bleeding as more energy you gain :)
