You're using a way too high resolution for the watercolor model, that's why you are getting duplicate heads. SD1.5 should not go above 768 pixels in any dimensions (some newer checkpoints can go a little higher).

thats not true, many many checkpoints and loras on 1.5 can easily hires fix beyond 768
