I found taking on a new challenge like specific fitness goals has really changed how I see myself and my confidence in my abilities. It began with 10 minutes of walking a day, then 30 min, then 10k steps a day and now hiking. Continuously improving at something you can measure feels great!

I so agree with you! It feels empowering to be able to achieve those fitness goals and push yourself a little further each time to do more! You've really done that well keep going! Your progress is inspiring 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I especially like the idea of pushing further. When we consistently push a little further, we take lots of small steps that ultimately create big gains! Great tips Eve!

Yes for sure! I know in the past I've often given up too quickly, thinking I couldnt do more and it has made a remarkable difference for me just telling myself "No, we're not stopping, let's keep going!" My heart is knowing you benefited in some way from this video 🤗 I hope you will keep watching 🙏🏼

I think most of us are guilty of mentally trapping ourselves, not believing in our own worth and abilities. It's been a constant battle for me. Im so happy you're watching Arvin, thank you 🤗🤗
