This seems simple, straightforward and manageable.

Exactly, in the end it's the simple things done consistently that work.

What about fasting
@itscoachmalikАй бұрын
Fasting is a great tool in the tool. It helps with limiting eating window which may help some people get into a caloric deficit. However you can fast and still have inflammation which is usually led on by elevated blood glucose levels, insulin resistance, and high levels of stress. Hope that helps💪

Well, just got to the food part. I. CAN'T. EAT. CARBS. REGULARLY. There's absolutely no way I can eat daily or even bi-daily any grains or potatoes unless I'm willing to suffer a myriad of unpleasant issues like joint pain, back pain, acne, itchy hot feet, yeast infections. As soon as I drop the carbs to the minimum, all the issues disappear. My sleep is not good, mild sleep apnea probably. Movement - that's been a problem too, there doesn't seem to be any activity I would enjoy, except for when I was abroad and there were interesting destinations which added the needed boost. But now I'm back and there aren't any interesting places I would wanna go to. I have to force myself to go anywhere and do not enjoy it, only waiting when it's finally gonna be over. And there's no sunlight for weeks at time and daily light comes too late, thus no possibility to go outside to see/feel sunshine. But I guess my biggest problem is stress. Everything stresses me, I don't enjoy being alive. So I don't know if I have any real chance to fix myself...
