If you're going to start and grow an online business then you need to grow your email list. It is one of the most vital tools you can have in your business and in today's video we go through my top 4 ways to grow your email list.
It all starts by creating the perfect freebie or offer for your audience and requiring them to opt-in to get that freebie or offer. The better you make your freebies the more people you can get to opt-in to your email list.
You can use things like webinars, video series, challenges, PDFs, worksheets, checklist, and other downloads. Anything that adds more value to your audience can be used as a good freebie to get people on your list.

Great recommendations here Carrie. I also delete folks from my list that don't open anything for say 90 days or more. Keeps open rates and click-through rates a lot higher that way which the ISP's love.

Thank you for all great tips! I've been putting off finishing my freebie as I've been worried it won't be good enough and I get overwhelemed by having to create pretty landing pages and worrying about email templates and copy! woohoo! Just got super inspired! I was actually contemplating all day what I should be doing for my lead magnet, and felt so overwhelmed with that I should do, and I am SOOOO glad I watched this video because it brought so much clarity and ideas to what I would like to do. Yay! Thanks Carrie! I have actually been doing free webinars every other week, much like Kimra Luna. I haven't seen a huge number of attendees quite yet, but I am seeing my list grow slowly but surely. So I wanted to try and see if other lead magnets would be able to grow my list faster. I think I will start out with a checklist for freelance makeup artists and/or a guide!

Hi, Carrie! I love your stuff!!! I opted to download your "4 Ideas" printable. Then it took me to the "Let me tell you about my book" page. I already purchased your book twice (1 audio and 1 paperback) There seems to be no way to get past this page and on to the printable. Do I have to purchase the book again to get the printable? Yes I do have a Freebie - I do challenges and I also do smaller live workshops - I think anyone can start with a live workshop instead of writing a lot of content up front and spending a lot of time making up workbook..and the other thing I would say - don't expect your list to grow over night - it's a steady but consistent process and you need to be persistent too!
