Love this podcast, thank you for the message. You made the point: if you want to feel beautiful it’s coming from within and shines to the outside. You are beautiful when you are aligned with your true self, careless about how others see you, it’s not important 😊

This was a wonderful message! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! I think when you’re young, at least in the past, we were looking for someone attractive to have a family with. Many times, attractive means confident. Your comment about starting from the inside out is right on point! Thanks for sharing! ❤

Anna, thank you so much for your videos! I have been following your workouts for exactly one month now and I already feel much stronger than before. I want to thank you as well for your clearly tagged video titles - I love that I can just search for "low impact" directly on your channel. I have hyper-mobility syndrome, which means my joints are very sensitive, so I really appreciate how inclusive your videos are. I hope I can continue to be motivated by your workouts and become my best self. 💪

Almost every time I look my best and do "hot girl" walk, I feel embarrassed and ashamed. In my mind people probably think "you are trying too hard" and I hate that. But yes, there are days when I'll do the exact same makeup, dress up the same way, and I'll feel gorgeous and unapologetic for it. I think it all just comes to admitting that you "buy" your confidence through artificial things, but you should always work on natural confidence from within and it's actually something that you probably will work on through your entire life. Like physical health, too.

I love your workouts Anna :) And this podcast is great, too :) Yes to having a skin routine that makes you feel beautiful! Something to be said that when you put in effort into caring for yourself (whether by having a skin care routine, workout regimen, nutritional, mindfulness practices...) - you're signalling to your body that YOU're worth putting attention to. And that's loving yourself - a "shortcut" to feeling more attractive.

It´s the first time I saw/ listen to your new podcast! Thank you for being so honest with us and for being sooo real, cause nowadays it's kind of difficult to listen to the other part of the story, recently I was struggling with some changes in my life and I was wondering why everyone in social media was so happy... but now I ´m learning that life is not as they try to sell us, it´s more human and more imperfect :) Send you a big hug form Mexico and I´m so proud of you, I remember you just start with this channel and now look at you! you got this girl! so proud to know you since 5 years ago 🥰 You're still a great example for me despite of the distance

This is brilliant, thank you. Growing up, my mum was a beauty therapist and she always pushed me to do certain things. I started wearing night cream at nine, started waxing at eleven. Things like botox were completely normalised and I’m trying to learn how to feel attractive within myself without all of these things I’m not sure I even want.

Please guys! Don't do botox or lip fillers. Botox and lip fillers are for older people to look young. If you're young and you get it, you'll look older! You're pretty and gorgeous in your own unique way. Self love is the most important thing, learn to love yourself 🩷😊
@morganeh.96896 ай бұрын
Very brave of you @Anna to admit that you tried lip-filler (though I would have never noticed it …🤷♀️) because « it was normal » in the influential sphere. Doing this type of surgery (or any other esthetic surgery by the way) to be accepted/validated by others around you should not be seen as « normal ». Loved this episode and how you always show up with your natural & simple beauty 😍😇 much love to you ❤

I prefer to distinguish between beauty and attractiveness. Beauty in my opinion means that someone fits to the actual beauty standards. Attractiveness is something deeper. It's about self-love, self confidence, character and seems to be more from the inside out. Someone can be perfectly beauty but still unattractive.

I fully agree with you on everything! I was listening to this podcast on Spotify but really wanna give a comment so I ended up here 😂 I was also struggling on beauty standard (or, beauty advertisement?). I was living in Asian country where everyone puts make up anytime when they are going out. Of course I did that too! I had a lot of skin problem in the past which I think it's related to my makeup routine which I didn't take care much because I had make up to cover them! Then I moved to Berlin and not everyone puts make up and that's new for me! I step by step put less and less makeup but take more care on skincare routine (which is only clean my face, moisturizer and sunscreen😂, drink more water and be happy and confidence!). And this changes my life. Now I love my skin, there is no problem anymore. I ofcourse still put make up from time to time when I need to go for events. But that's it... I truly think the environment and people around you definitetively influence you in a certain way. But at the end it's just about you and maybe at some point you will realize what is the best for yourself! It takes a couple of year until I can be really myself in the way I want❤❤❤ Last but not least, I reallllly want to meet you randomly on Berlin street one day! Would definitely say hi ! You are inspiration! ❤ love you energyyyy

Attractive and tall people definitely have it better and easy. It is actually scientifically proven and there is a book on it even. Beauty standards are different in different cultures of course. If you do not look a certain way in my country, you actually have disadvantages in life. If two people have similar credentials, the one who is taller or more attractive gets the job. I know it sucks but that is the reality here. That is why so many people undergo plastic surgery here. Beauty industries, plastic surgeons are hugely capitalizing on people's low esteem. It is sad and pathetic but very true.

Attractive people aren’t more successful, but healthy people generally are. Not a hard and fast rule, but fitness teaches self discipline and self efficacy, as well as stabilizes hormone levels. People are less anxious and more ambitious when they take care of themselves.

Merci.
@U.nivers-3696 ай бұрын
