For alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
It should be stored in a glass-based bottle, not the plastic-based ‎bottle that shown in the video. It’s all because alcohol is volatile.‎
And when stirring, it is also enough to just shake it up, it doesn’t ‎need to be stirred like stirring an ice dough, actually. LOL.

Hand Sanitizer Version 1‎
‎// WHO-recommended Handrub Formulations
‎
Ingredients Required
‎* ‎416.5 ml Alcohol ‎at 96% concentration (rounded to 420 ml).
‎* ‎20.85 ml‎ Hydrogen peroxide or H2O2 at 3% concentration ‎‎(rounded up to 21 ml).
‎* 7.25ml Glycerol ‎at ‎98% ‎concentration (rounded to 8 ml).‎
‎* Aquades (Distilled water) we can replace it with water that ‎has been boiled and allowed to stand until cool, pour it up until ‎the total solution is up to 500 ml.‎

Ingredients Required
‎
375 ml of Alcohol 96% (antiseptic).
‎* 125 ml Aloe Vera (as a moisturizer).
‎* Tree tea oil (as the anti-microbial and as a deodorizer) up to 3-‎‎5 drops. Can be replaced with Rose Oil.‎

‎* 1 lime, squeeze its water. Or squeezed water from ½ lemon ‎fruit (about 20 ml)‎
