I know you have probably heard just how great you are at crafting, but this is out of the trash items. Let me just say I am 70 years old, and I have never seen anyone do what you are doing with what we throw away in our trash can all the time. 🗑️ YOU ARE NOT JUST GOOD AT CREATING ITEMS. You are passed good, you have a wonderful talent that I haven’t seen too many people have at the level you have and im talking about trash. I am not talking about a store that you buy these empty rolls because you’ve already bought it, toilet paper comes on them, paper towels. Even your wraps, for food, if you want to make smaller tubes. Let me say this if you see contractors building a Home stop and ask them. If they have rolls empty? Because most of the time some of their products that they use are on heavy duty rolls, it’s made of some kind of paper but it’s really hard paper and will hold up forever ever.

The tissue role dispenser turned out quite cute, but I would have "reinforced" ea role with Duck Brand 'masking tape--both inside and out before applying decorative cover, kind of like a "Paper Mache", often used to reinforce piñatas or other paper Mache projects: It would last longer, be more substantial in strength... 'just a thought.

Dont throw away that ripped up wrapping paper! I use it to cover these types of recyables and they then give you an opportunity to remember in years to come what ornament is associated with what gift. And the bows and ribbons? Shred them with scissors inside a small jar or container to make glitter or use them to add additional decoration to the ornament.

Hot glue is safe if used responsibly. Just don't touch the tip of the gun while it's hot or the glue as soon as it gets poured out!
