Can't wait for this stage :) my female had dalmatian pups they're 1 week old now. She had 13! Sadly 2 were still born and 1 didn't make it.

Any breed a bite it's owners. Most are the result of poor breeding, poor training, socialisation and lack of understanding of dog behaviour or the breeds needs. Dalmatians are high energy, the needs lots of excerise. They can also be stubborn and and sensitive to negative training methods. They need an active home with an owner that is firm but fair and not overly harsh. Lots of training and socialisation. Because careful to choose a good breeder that only breeds health tested and good tempered stock. All Dalmatians should be BAER tested as they're proven to deafness and requires a specialist diet low in purines unless you get a LUA one

This puppy with a huge spot on his ear should not be breed nor attend in dog shows. Huge marks like this one are not desirable in dalmatians. Tho the pup is very cute!

I'd anyway be very happy to keep such pup as a pet. :) I am a huge dalmatian lover and hopefully breeder soon and I am sad there are very less dalmatians in my country. Those dogs are very precious and special!
