I followed your last pregnancy and I was pregnant with my 3rd daughter at the time as well. She was born mid September. I went back and watched the video briefly and laughed at my comment, but remember how much I appreciated your relatable, honest and raw videos. I think a lot of women appreciate that. Congratulations! Such wonderful news. I just finished watching your TTC video from your second pregnancy. Are you able to share a bit about ovulation strips like what day you think you ovulated? I find a lot of women have an average of 28 day cycle and it is helpful to hear from others who have longer cycles as I have a longer cycle. Thank you.

They’re also really bad for natural acid production in the stomach as it suppresses it and ultimately makes everything worse. I use apple cider vinegar and bicarb soda to aid digestive juices in the gut
