Lovely Lucy. Wonderful presentation of a person with a terminal disease. You'll beat it. Because you have got the right attitude. You are bursting with good humour and self-confidence from within. I have also got the only thing. MND. The first years were hell. Then like you I came to terms with it. Now 43 years since I was first diagnosed I'm still alive but badly wounded. But like you I'm happy deep within and can have a good laugh everyday. Positive attitude is the only cure. I wish you well. You have got the ingredients to live a long life. Bravo.

WOW....what an amazing speech... you should be so proud of yourself there. Brilliant. Keep fighting this horrendous disease and hope for a brighter day tomorrow. My dad has been diagnosed with this recently and the family are struggling to get our heads around it. A faultless speech there - well done.... I hope you're well. Keep fighting and thankyou for a wonderful video.

Great to see you fighting, Lucy! I just hope you'll proceed with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and stem cell treatment that I've discussed with your father at length. Couple of months ago I had a chat with a woman in her 50s who was diagnosed with MND in 2003 or so; she received stem cells and also takes oxygen therapy every week. She speaks and walks with some difficulty - but otherwise she's stable, 14 years later! I've emailed your father her email address, she's fine if you'd talk to her about your condition, she's willing to help you with some advice. Please do not dismiss what truly works! x

Some great news on MS treatment with stem cells: www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-43435868 I'm still confused why you guys dismissed the very same treatment for your, Lucy, MND condition in States or elsewhere. This technology is here, it works, and I've met an MND sufferer who is very much alive, even though she was diagnosed with an MND well back in 2003. That's a 15 years ago! But she was treated using the very same stem cell therapy, combined with a hyperbaric oxygen, and she's fine. Do you really have to wait for a green light from often timid and overly cautious doctors or will you just go for it and make it happen? Up to you though.

Omg. Who do u think u are. Things are not that black and white. My dad had MND. He passed away last year.(Omg u can't imagine 😥) Do not judge unless u are living this. That is one person who u described. Your message really offended me. And I'm sure u have no idea why! 😥

@@debbie1060 The "who do you think you are" obviously suggests that you have figured what I ought to be, and I obviously failed to meet that standard. Bad boy, I know. 😔 Oh well. Still, stem and oxygen therapy in MND treatment are very well researched and documented, with any number of successful cases of people being treated, and I think that unless one tried that method he or she can't claim that it won't work in this particular case. Giving up on this pioneering treatment without even trying only because local doctors say so is a precarious road to take, and me suggesting otherwise makes me enemy of this unfortunate family somehow. Wow. Just because local doctors disagree doesn't mean it doesn't work, and in a meantime young female's life is being wasted away. My local old GP didn't even know what hyperbaric oxygen therapy is, asked me to pay him £50 for him do a little reading so he could sign a disclaimer on my paperwork. And as for "specialists' " opinion on how to treat people - how do you like SAGE Covid-19 advice so far and all things that come out of it by this government? Does it strike you as well-researched - or maybe it looks more like someone chaotically hitting phone buttons in a hope that somehow it will dial the right phone number to call, whilst any quantity of people passing away after being denied of treatment unrelated to coronavirus, including suicides? And as for your dad passing away - he did indeed as in moving on, yet he's not dead: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qILHipiPmM51idE And more thorough, university grade research on Afterlife: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j2mTZWVjgpmBhtk You'll see you father one day when your time comes.
