I am love 💕 watching Ghana videos just because of their accent lol 😆. I miss my Ghanaian secondary school teachers.

Ministry of agriculture should come up with a pricing policy in consultation with the farmers.. And prices done by weight and grades..a price range based on average cost of production.. Eg wholesale price 25 - 30 cedis per kilo.. Everything will be standardised for the farmers..

Your channel is under rated. You need to do a lot of promotion to improve this.

@@theghanaianfarmer You are doing a good job but am not sure what your channel is really focusing on. Am trying to figure out what you should focus on, farm produce or showcasing Ghanaian foods featuring a celebrity etc. It is very important you have a focal point and that's what will attract more subscribers. You can also link up with top youtubers like Wode Maya also doing a great job in Ghana to request his subscribers to visit your channel. Am a Nigerian based in UK and I do enjoy your channel. Keep it up.

This channel highlights on everything agriculture. Occasionally inviting celebrities to cook is to promote Ghanaian food and also encourage healthy eating 🙏

Can the post harvest loss be mitigated by selling to the pig farmers or other mammals?
@theghanaianfarmer4 жыл бұрын
It's an option however, the Farmer must identify such market availability to be able to sell

Why not try value chain addition? Pawpaw juice, leaves,green and ripe papaya as animal feed, papain etc Develop marketing skills and create outlets not to rely 100% on middle women.

I had wanted to venture into papaya farming, but thinking of the challenges when there's bumper harvest and challenges it will encounter, I instead want to go into Coconut planting
