Hi want to share a experience during my fitness journey my dietician asked me to add protein so I started consuming protein adviced but it was more then what I used to consume before It triggered my acne a lot which nobody was able to figure out later my trainer told me to cut down my protein intake and my acne got better actually So you should also check if its happening because of that

GUYS GIVE HER A BREAK. Okay everyone makes a mistake ! She has acknowledged and apologized! MOVE ON NOW. The real reason she is getting immense hate is not because she is wrong, but because some cowards remove all their frustration in comments. Real life mein aapne koi galti kardi and aapko roz koi na koi gali de, family ke baare mein bole, purana saara kaam chodke ek baat pe atak jaye toh kaisa lagega? Asal zindagi mein kisi ke aage muh nahi khulta hoga yaha aake bol rhe hai! Aur bhai yeh mat bolna ki hat uski job ka part hai. NO IT IS NOT. No one deserves or should be treated like this.
