I’ve have the white and red one for about six months now and it’s amazing I would have to agree with you even my five-year-old takes it up in the air and she does some circles + she does have some trouble landing it but it survives like you said it’s durable and help God bless take care stay safe , another awesome vid 😊

I flew mine at a big electric fly in down here in Florida, the little bird stole the show, everyone was taking pictures and video's of the flight and after I landed I must of had 75 people come down to my flight table to check it out and ask a thousand questions.....

I keep telling others that elevator control adds some much more to the amount of control you have, and isn't really harder to fly than a plane with just throttle. Not having to bend the tail plane to get level flight actually makes it easier to get it flying.

That control surface will make it easier to fly than trying to do everything with two channels. The stabilization is huge too on these tiny little planes...it will make the difference in being able to fly in mild winds.

​ @Seán I do recommend. the plane does not turn super well so you might need a larger open area to fly it. also, the nose on the planes can be very weak and break sometimes, so if you can avoid crashing nose-first into the ground you should be fine

Looks like a jet version of the 3ch 787. The right trigger button should switch off stabilisation a bit which let's you do loops.

I got this plane, was flying in a smaller field than yours, managed to tip stall it avoiding some trees and bounced it off the nose. Split about 3/4 of the way through the nose, just in front of the cockpit, but glued it and it still flies great. Thanks for the recommendation.

I bought one of these to learn to fly. I got it up in the air ok, but being new to flying I was disoriented most of the time I had it flying. About 2 minutes in, I throttled it straight into the ground and the nose broke off! I wasn't to concerned because it flew just fine without it, so I glued it back on and kept going. Only to end up in a tree where I couldn't get to it. No worries! I bought another. Too much fun for a beginner!

Same thing happened to me except for the tree part lol. Once I learned to let it auto stabilize and make minor adjustments, I could fly it pretty well.

Great little plane that got you really excited! :-) Just would like to add that when you encourage people to buy extra batteries, you should also tell them to let the motors cool down a bit between runs as that will prolong the lifespan of these (brushed) motors too ;-)

Absolute truth...I've had to replace very few brushed motors over several years, but you cannot fly multiple flights back to back like you can with brushless. If it's too hot to touch, you need to let it cool down. Patience is a virtue :)

Nate and Abby, hope this isn't a daft question I can't seem to find a straight answer online, if you trash these rtf planes does that make the transmitter redundant or can you just replace the plane without the transmitter? I flew rc a few years back but all separate, my son wants to try and I figured this would be the way to go. Fab clips filming and flying.

The transmitter included with this little RC isn’t one I would want to keep to bind to another plane. I would look into a more hobby grade transmitter like the NX8 and purchase BNF planes if you are looking for a universal transmitter.

Wow, that *is* a nice little flier! It does look like the last plane, which was based upon the Russian Sukhoi Su-27...and this is sort of the same plane. It is based upon the Su-27, but it is the Chinese version, known as the J-11. Very nice plane, both in real life, and in this little beastie!

I wish there was more of a "cheapy" market for RC Trucks. It's a shame the insane greed of Traxxas/Axial/Kyosho has pretty much killed the hobby with prohibitive costs. We can find gyroscopic stabilized helicopters for under $100 (that tech used to cost thousands, btw), and simple RC trucks are still $400+? HPI was my favorite and they ran straight out of business. Would just like to see the prohibitive costs brought down to save the industry.

how is the customer service at Banggood? I ordered one of these based on your review and it does not keep the bind. I've been able to keep it in the air for a total of about 10 minutes but it will lose bind between a few seconds and a few minutes after initial bind. I got about 5 continuous minutes for one flight which was easy and fun, but I spend most of the time turning the plane and transmitter on and off trying to get a good bind. I've contacted Banggood but haven't heard back yet. Thanks for the fun and informative videos.

There are some downsides...coreless motors burn up especially if you don't let em cool down a few minutes between flights. Is the remote able to bind to other XK bnf models? What would be a nice recommended set of landing gear? To buy to maybe install and ROG Take-offs and tarmac landings can now be achieved.... those are a few good questions to answer for new pilots about to get into the hobby. Hope you guys are all staying safe!
