I have problem in sit up and stepping up ...can i over come it with excercise over time plzzz tell ......i have got a lots of courage by looking at your journey ......i m surely gonna win if i follow you ..u have just done awesome by sharing your story with us like people

Thank you so much for your support and yea you over some it with exercise. I have see. Many people able to improve in that area. Start slowly with simple exercises but they should challenge you a little bit and then slowly progress up!

Hello I am also suffering with muscular dystrophy and I want to know if creatine is good for me or not Is it safe to take off you have muscualor dystrophy

Creatine is the best and safest supplement you can take. 5 grams everyday don’t miss a day it is extremely safe and beneficial

What prognosis did the doctor give you at your diagnosis? What is the probability of the appearance of drugs.? What did the doctor tell you?

Basically a progressive disease but exercise has kept my symptoms less severe. I go through flare ups at least that’s how it seems and hoping the drugs they are testing now comes up within the next five years
