The elevators there isn't wide but it goes a little far in back. I have been a small elevator before. These look fixed up nice.

Despite many people possibly disagreeing with me here, I feel like this is too tall for an MRL application. American codes only allow a maximum of 33 stops on the Schindler 5500, which to be fair is 7 floors shorter, but I've never seen any American 5500 taller than perhaps 20 floors. I believe they could've VERY EASILY went with 7000 here instead.

I think it is slightly too much. I'd draw the line at 30 floors for MRL, considering the strain put on them with a full load.

Nope. OG Schindlers from when it was built in 2018.

These elevators, while being fast, look inappropriate for such a tall building. The ground floor lobby we see at the beginning reminds me of a cheap office building, and not of a high-rise building. Compare it with similar buildings in other countries where the ground floor lobby is much more "grandiose" than in this video. And why only 3 elevators for 40 floors? The architects had one job!

The actual lobby is not shown in this video, only the elevator set and staircase. Once I go out to the lobby, i cannot get back in as the doors are locked. It is also only an residential building. No offices or anything else like that. People lives here.
