Sir I've 10 yoe and I'm looking for switch, recently I got call from a big MNC recruiter and after asking me some basic questions she come to the point..what is current salary and how much are you expecting 😅 First I tried to not give numbers but she was wanting number only so that if it's not in budget then there shouldn't be any time waste for interview and all for both of us So i told my expectations in the range of 32-34 lpa but she said she will try for 28 lpa 😊 I'm currently doing WFH in Uttar Pradesh (with CTC of 16.6lpa fixed, 2.3lpa variable, so total 18.9LPA) and this position based out in Hyderabad (Hybrid mode) Please let me know if it's good to relocate...
