A big milestone in our basement doing this fun workout..Jim actually could do the spin both directions!! Since working out with you he can touch his toes, is so much more flexible, can swing his hips, and now spin..can’t wait to see what’s next!😊

This was such a fun cardio workout!! I did the low impact version because I still have lower back pain but I had so much fun!! I also did 2 extra stretching workouts apart from the scheduled one!! Hate to be in pain. Thank you Chris! ❤

Not a great day at work - this was just what the doctor ordered! Loved 80's music! Donna Summer was one of my faves. After completing your fantastic stretch class, I googled Donna and found " This time I know it's for real" Played it about 4 times in a row. Definitely improved my mood. Dancing around the living room. My dogs were wondering if I had lost my mind, but they still love me! Thanks for the great tunes! When I taught that, that was something I took a lot of pride in. Loved when my students complimented me on my music!🎉❤😊

I have come to really love Tuesday mornings with you! I love every morning working out with you but Tuesdays have become amazing for my mental health, really fun cardio workouts like this and then the amazing stretch after, really sets my mood for the day!❤
