Another amazing job. Now I know why I didn't feel like working this week. It's because my estrogen was low. Yes, my period! Today I felt more energized. You are a person who transmits a lot of enthusiasm and you have a good connection with the camera. You made me laugh. The final music almost sounded like pirates of the caribbean lol. As I was rowing I was sailing across the caribbean seas hahaha. Happy Sunday Dani😻🥳

I've done a lot of kettlebell workouts from different YT trainers, but you're the first one I've subscribed to. Your workouts are incredibly varied with completely new movement patterns. I'm really looking forward to the workouts even though I'm a bit scared of what you've come up with again. ;-)

Amazing work out, I love the kayaks, and I have not tried them before. I love how those work the shoulders not just abs. Your workouts that split the body into upper and lower are also fantastic.

Sometimes the pictures you use in your video thumbnails scares me about the workout like - should I go for it or not ? but when I start performing them slowly slowly I love them and the very next day i feel my body thanks me in a quite different way (which is sore muscles and screaming while doing any household chores)

Hi Daniel I think your workouts are outstanding, some moves I do slower or adapt them because I have issues with my sight & coordination. When you explain the exercises verbally and do them it really helps. Hope your channel continues to grow all the best.
