To answer Sydney's question, what I'm working towards is maintaining the level of good health and fitness I have now at age 48. Truthfully I'd like to lose a little bit of body fat just so that I have the satisfaction of being able to see some definition in the muscle mass I've been gaining over the years. But if that doesn't happen I'm still thankful and happy to be fit, strong, and healthy now!

Absolutely fantastic workout! This was challenging, tough, and fun! I really liked how you broke up the circuits and included so much variety! My two little boys did this workout with me, and asked if you had and pets. I told them about Moxie! And then I remembered, we hadn't seen her in a while! So I bought the sliders that you recommend and they have a side for soft floors and a side for hard floors. Are you sure you're using the correct side? I feel silly even asking you that because it's you! But one side is a softer foam that is for hard floors and one side is plastic for carpeted floors.

Good morning, everyone! I totally crushed it, how about you?! I noticed I was able to use my heavy band AND my heaviest weights for glute bridges (wouldn't have been able to do that a year ago) and I used 18# for my Russian twists. It's small day to day but amazing to see how far we've come staying the course of consistent workouts. I'm down 15# and only 10# more to reach my pre-covid goal weight! Thank you for the consistency and love for your fans, Sydney and squad!! ❤😊💪
