Hi ! Is this lesson also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used 2 lb dumbbells throughout but could not last more than 10 minutes when my upper body completely gave up and I stopped. My MIL did the full lesson using dumbbells from 15 lbs to 30 lbs!! Her biceps are very thick and strong like Sydney's! I feel really low and defeated :(

I used 1 kg dumbbells throughout but could not last more than 10 minutes when my upper body completely gave up and I stopped. My MIL did the full lesson using dumbbells from 6 kg to 12 kg!! Her biceps are very thick and strong like Sydney's! I feel really low and defeated :(
