I'm glad I previewed the whole thing so I was ready with modifications, and could occasionally add a little extra. I went light on weights with some moves; I can add more next time, but I still sweat plenty. I'm proud that at 65 I got through the whole workout.

Woke up badly wanting to do a new kettleball workout....and did this as it was new and I didn't want to waste time searching for a kettleball workout. I am happy I did! And I was able to finish with my kettleball anyways!! Thanks Amy❤

Love this bootcamp format, it went by so fast!:-)) And all your creative moves allways make your workouts interesting. And I also love that in your bootcamp everybody can join because of the modifications. Just did this workout. Was great. I’ve tried todo more of your core targeted workouts because I’m trying to strengthen my core. After 2 babies it really does take it’s toll on your body but since doing your workouts, I can actually feel muscles there 😂 before it just feels like nothing and all my strength had gone but I can really feel your workouts helping!

What size weights do you recommend please? Can you do this (as well as your other dumbbell workouts) with light weights, like 5 or 8 lbs? Thank you!

5 or 8 is generally a good starting point. Starting light is a good idea and then increasing the weight as you get more comfortable.
