In this workout you will be working for 45 seconds per exercise and complete three rounds for every move. You will alternate between two exercises all the way through the workout and we will have rest in between supersets! Dial your intensity up to 70-85% of your max intensity to make sure you can work hard and get close to muscle fatigue and we are going to rock this workout together! Our training tempo today is 2-0-2 and I will show you what that means in our workout!

1. Goblet Squat
2. Low Hold Sumo Squat
3. Deadlift to the side
4. RDL
5. Alternating Lunges
6. Lateral Lunges
7. Side Plank Reach back and Open
8. Plank slider tucks
9. Leg raises
10. Toe Touches
11. Seated Twists
12. Sit Ups to suitcases

I'm taking this seriously, finally! This morning I was up at 4am with the baby. Got him back to sleep at 5:30 (my workout time). Instead of going back to sleep and being upset that I didn't get to workout, I turned up his sound machine, put in my earbuds, logged onto YT on my phone in the dark and crushed it! Thank you Sydney!

I crushed this workout! I used my sliders for the core circuit. My legs and abs are feeling stronger. I did walking squats instead of alternating lunges. I’m figuring it out as I go with modifications.

I don’t have sliders or a sweat towel all the time so I use my glute bands and they slide great!

Love the combo. Only notes is super setting abs like on 36:37 in my opinion just leads to bad form cause of exhaustion. Fun exercises but best to have more rest in between even if doing the same amount of reps
