I am loving the elevate challenge. I discovered your channel around Xmas time. When I started I was using 5 lb dumbbells for upper body and 10lb for lower body workouts. Now I use 15 lb for upper body and 20-25lb for lower body. The other day I watched you do the side plank dumbbell pull thru and thought, “I can’t do that” and then I did it! I was so surprised that when my bf came home from work I called him over and was like “LOOK WHAT I CAN DO!” I’m surprised how strong I am becoming after each workout.

Really loved this workout. Thanks as always 😘. Great message to your subscribers to check your playlists. You are the only trainer offering free workouts daily and some people still complain they want more or something different. No harm in saying I really like x type of workout to let you know what is popular but I don't get the criticism when you program a month of workouts for a purpose. Keep doing what you are doing the vast majority of us are more than happy and proud to call you our trainer.

I’m loving the fast pace style. I’m a Kindergarten teacher and had a tough day. Instead of reaching for comfort food (chocolate, junk, really anything I can get my hands on) I chose to move. Thank you Sydney!!

Good workout,I crushed it 👍💪 Sydney I've noticed that about every two weeks I feel heavy,less motivating,tired and when I'm doing the workout I feel more tensced and last week I felt great I felt I had gaind more agility.Is it something In doing wrong or is it normal?

The perfect workout! I felt the burn I could make it and do as much as i could but I wasnt over exhausted! And had the good feeling after it and not that I want to lye down and not get up ever. But I still dripped in sweat🥰✨

tough workout and my cat enjoyed making it tougher. any leg lifting workouts he kept walking under my legs, side planks with the elbow dips he kept bumping his head off mine. sometimes while doing crunches my other cat will walk onto my stomach and fully get in the way. working out with animals is difficult lol
