This may be my new favorite leg workout! We are working for 30 seconds and resting for 15 seconds and performing 3 rounds of each exercise! Keep in mind that I am just coming back from an injury and my legs are not as strong as they used to be so I am using one set of dumbbells (10 pounds) and for some movements I opt out of using the dumbbells. If you feel that you can add weights or go heavier than me on this workout-PLEASE DO! Push yourself! I am pushing myself too and we are all at different levels. The goal is to see progress for each of our own individual bodies! We will also be working our abs in this workout and we are going to really focus on the control in our core! Work HARD with me and LET'S CRUSH IT!

me too! That's one reason I've stuck with Sydney's workouts. I don't have to go thumbing through videos trying to pick one. Left up to me I'll pick something quick and easy every time.

Just finished one of your kickboxing routines, it was 50 minutes but it flew by! I'll do this on Monday because I take the weekend off. My son is 8 months old and I still can't do workouts with too much jumping because my hips hurt the next day and I really love that even your HIIT workouts don't have a crazy amount of jumps. I am so glad I found this channel, I look forward to doing your workouts

Happy Friday All! Just crushed it with you all 💪 This is exactly what I needed on a major case of SADS on this gloomy wet NYC morning. I also got my sciatica flared up last evening and was wondering if I am up for it. Happy to report that I was able to do all the exercises even with the weights on the pliye squat holds and so on.
