My arms are def shaky after this upper body workout!! But I crushed it and it wasn’t easy, but all your workouts are challenging in a good way. Love the sweat pouring and arms feeling pumped. Day 2 of CRUSH crushed 💪🏽✅☺️

I was really not feeling a workout today, I brought myself to the mat just wanting the workout to be over. It was a hard slog today but I pushed through and I am proud of that. For anyone else who's biggest challenge was just showing up, I am proud of you too!

My arms were done after the first round of shoulders. The pushups were literally impossible at the end, I just held planks with some collapsing in the middle. So good and intense!

Can we all please appreciate how early on in the day these videos are released, always without fail?? Caroline gives us so much, she never let's us down, there's no annoying sponsorships or ads throughout the workouts AND IT'S ALL FREE!! 🤯🤯🤯 her programs are far better than any paid one out here in my opinion

Now THAT is what I'm talking about! This straight up strength work is my favorite type of workout, especially for upper body. Wow wow wow, loved it! Even though I can barely lift my arms to hold my water bottle now!!

This workout was SO GOOD. I didn’t use my heaviest dumbbells ever, but it’s the hardest I’ve worked my upper body in such a long time. Loved it!

It's been awhile since I started my days with a workout but I'm trying to recommit to my 5:30 am wake call. Today's workout called for strength and endurance. My shoulders were screaming 💪🏾💪🏾 and now I need a good stretch so I can do it all again 😀

Convinced myself that I was going to use today as a rest day instead of Thursday. Overall, felt very anxious and was sitting around feeling sorry for myself. Decided to do today’s workout on schedule and I’m so glad I moved my body. Feeling MUCH better and proud of my strength- mentally and physically💪

2 years ago I build a good muscle because of these kind of workouts, I really missed them and I am so happy that you decided to go back to them :) Really felt the shoulders today, they were burning !!!!!!!!

That was absolutely the toughest upper body workout I have ever done. I had to dig deep. My entire upper body was shaking when I got to the tricep dips! Who's gonna come drive me to work today!?!

Really loved the format of this workout. I was encouraged to push my weights or tempo up each round. The 30 minute round made it easier to try heavier weights. Loved all the exercises but I did swap out the dips with triceps push-ups. I definitely did not expect that finisher at the end!

I’ve been doing Sydney workouts daily for almost two, and every day is a challenge for your body. Today was especially tough. That’s the only way to get stronger physically and mentally, by challenging yourself every day. Thanks Sydney 💪🙏🥵

Felt like not showing up today, but I a pushed myself and showed up for myself. I’m glad I did, feeling stronger. Pushing my twenties on my shoulder press makes me proud and strong! 💪🏻

Omg yes!!! Finished my day with this workout and I’m so glad I did. Felt so strong and really pushed myself. Tried using the heavier weights for certain moves, and even though I couldn’t make it through a full set always, I was so proud I was able to do a few!! Feeling amazing and crushed it right alongside you all. Thank you sydney and Dustin for another amazing workout xx

This is my new favourite upper body workout🥰. I went up for the first time to my 12.5kg weights for my chest press, that took a big cup of courage but I got through the 40 seconds of the work with them, I’m so proud of myself and so thankful to you Sydney for the constant incouragement, and that inspired me to go up in all my weights for the rest of the workout. Mind you my arms are jelly now but mentally I’m so pumped. Love you Sydney you are my mentor. 🥰🥰❤️👍💪

OMG!!!! My shoulders are on fire🔥🔥🔥I skip upper body some days because genetically I bulk up and already look toned, so I keep upper body to a minimal. Today, I am feeling it drastically. I have taken too long of a break. Gotta fix that!! Thanks Sydney for all you say and do! I had to pause a few times, but I kept on going! 👊🏾💗🏋🏾‍♀️💪🏾👍🏾

Totally crushed this workout!! And I did the whole finisher on my toes which shocked the heck out of me! I thought I would just try it but I pushed through to the end. Although after the 10sec hold I literally could not push my self back up and colasped 😂😂😂.... what a burner Sydney!!! 💪🏽🔥🔥🔥

Wowzers! My upper body was still a little sore from Monday but I managed to push through it. Amazingly, I do not feel as sore as I did before the work out. Need to work on my tricep dips a bit more. The burn was real. Crushed day 2!

Oh my ! My chest and upper body is still hurting from Monday’s workout. This one had me trembling, but in a good way I think 😆. I think that’s the endorphin in me speaking LOL. Extra extra stretching needed for me today. This one also flew by and I loved it! Thanks Sydney Dustin and baby H ❤️

Crushed! I enjoy the 40/40/30 format, it really encouraged me to bump up the weights in the last round knowing it's a shorter work period when I normally would be intimidated to even give it a try. I love the neon green color coordination on the set today :)

Shoulders are one of my weaknesses and I have to work extra hard on them. This was a great variety of moves/weights/tempos for me to increase my strength!

I workout with you 5 days a week but I struggle drinking water and getting enough sleep. My goal this month is to increase my water and try to get more sleep! I work from home sitting at a desk all day and I want to challenge myself to drink 6 ounces every hour. Might not sound like enough but compared to what I’m drinking now, it will be a challenge for me!

If this is what we have to look forward to this month I can already tell Crush is gonna be amazing! I love these styles of upper body workouts where we just go hard the whole time. I reached failure on a few exercises which tells me I'm pushing myself even more. Crushed it!
