It may seem like a weird thing to do, but a really relaxing thing to do is crocheting or learning how to crochet. You don’t have to make huge projects like blankets or whatever, but if you’re just starting, you can try making little things so you don’t stress yourself out. I learned to crochet like a week ago, and after a bit of practice, it’s so much easier. But yeah it’s time consuming when you get at it.

These are the ones I’ve done (I’ll change it every time I do another one) Build a puzzle, take a bubble bath, climb a tree, googled myself, pranked my family, played a card game, built a house of cards, gave myself a mani-pedi, learned a new braid, drew a self portrait (took me two days lol), looked through old photos, bowling (but I actually own an AG bowling alley so I didn’t use water bottles), went for a bike ride, I deep cleaned my bathroom, I listened to music in our car, made a DIY t shirt, coin on elbow trick, played hide and seek, and watched KZbin

Omg the card game idea brought back memories to me. During my freshman year of university, a guy friend of mine and I used to play that card. I was completely new to this game but he introduced it to me. He would let me win sometimes (it was obvious). Oh boy, Everytime I won, I would get so happy and you could clearly see that on my face. Ahh good times. I miss around those lovely people and playing card or board games to release my stress
