Gotta be careful about adding extra flotation devices. You don't want your head to stay above water when the rest of your body is whipping around, it cause severe spinal injuries

it doesn't hurt that bad, I've tried it once ad called it quits after a whipeout similar to he one at 1:55. got a headache because of the body flipping head over heals.

It definitely hurts the first few times you fall. Once you get used to it and can control how you hit the water, it's not so bad. Also, your feet don't get torn up at all. Sometimes I notice a slight cramp, but never any pain
