I just love how sustainable his whole setup is, he use leaves to serve and paper cups , and he is probably serving chickpea water as soup . He didn't throw away the water but made it appetizing. His utensils look clean, and there's minimum wastage , minimum oil, just basic warm condiments and spices . Basically, food is affordable and nutritious, and his personality is just engaging and awesome . Couldn't get any better. Kudos to you for capturing such vendors who actually represent the essence of our Indian food ❤

The way he speaks, the constant smile on his face is what makes his personality really unique. The cart looks clean and hygienic and undoubtedly damn tasty. I wish someday i get a chance to eat and talk with this person

There is a difference: Just compare masalas which are sold in western countries and original indian masala: They have more than double amount of different spices than the western ones! It tastes completely different and is something else! So if you want original masala, you need to go to India!
