So, the way you wired it, the choke will engage every time you start it? What if it’s already warm and you don’t need the choke? Won’t that flood it? Could I just use one of the other buttons on the controller for the choke? Then push two buttons for a cold start basically?

Why not use one of the un used relays to replace the toggle switch you installed?

That could work. It’s just not the way I did it. All I have to do is turn on the toggle switch when I’m hooking up my generator and forget about it for a few days no big deal.

How does the choke turn off after you use the actuator to turn it on?
