I’ve followed you for so many years (since before you moved into your previous house) and I have to say, you have this longevity aspect to you that I never grow tired of seeing your content. ❤ And although you’ve always been pretty and chic, I don’t know why but lately you seem to be glowing even more! I came across one of Bobby’s KZbin videos where he was comparing different nut milks and I realized that the popular oat milk brand that I was using everyday in my coffee was the culprit in what was making me feel bloated. So many of our choices are heavily influenced by marketing and we can’t trust corporations so it’s amazing that now there are apps which help us make better decisions about what we put in or on our bodies. Btw, you look great for being post partum. It’s been 5.5 years since I had my last baby and I’m still trying to lose the extra 10 lbs I gained during that pregnancy. I’m 47 and it’s tough with my hormones fluctuating, but not impossible. I started tracking my calories on an app and realized that even though I’ve been making healthy food choices, I’ve just been consuming too many calories! Slow and steady…Bobby’s app definitely helps when I don’t feel like scrutinizing food labels.

Fair but honestly I don’t think it matters as long as the information on the app is mostly accurate. I just think the app is helpful, especially to someone who doesn’t want to put in the work and do their own research on nutrition. It’s pretty basic and simple info. Anyone without credentials can do their own research & go to the grocery store and read the labels themselves but this just makes it easier. In terms of what is not “Bobby approved” it all seams to be in-line with what I had already tried to avoid previously, upon my own research, so that’s why I recommended it. I’ve also noticed huge differences in my overall health/body since slowly switching things. If I really love something, then I obviously don’t care if it’s Bobby approved or not and everything in moderation is fine but for things that I constantly consume on a daily, I’ve found that the app is helpful and not too far off from what I was already implementing in my diet.
