It’s a classic movie. Fun fact: Robert Mark Kamen was a student of the Goju Ryu Karate hence the name ‘Mr Miyagi’ named after the style’s founder Chojun Miyagi.

1984 was a great year for blockbusters. Ghostbusters, Gremlins, The Terminator, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, and The Karate Kid.

I was born in 84, these movies were my childhood. Rates 5 star! Cobra Kai is great and am excited for the new movie whenever it comes out.

My wife was born in 82 and my brother and I in 83 so we were able to grow up with these movies and I finally got my wife into cobra kai and she loves it she's already caught up on the show so by November 15th we can watch it together

to be honest its has emberessing writing and acting, especielly from daniel, the truth is, before kobra kai nobody actually cared about this franchise. it was just one of many. one below average movie and a bunch of stinkers after that. then kobra kai comes and all the zoomers start to get interested in it
