No... these are NOT Gen2s.
These elevators are basically a better version of Tower 4's. It's quite concerning that some high-profile elevator enthusiast channels on KZbin adamantly defend that these are Gen2s, then blow off comments saying otherwise. There is a 0% chance these are Gen2s... the question is whether these are custom E411 (fixtures) or true custom installs (400 FPMs are rare). They run exactly like E411s, but it's likely the controller was slightly modded or something for the voice and standard fixture wiring.
