I know English people are self absorbed when it comes to the UK and the different countries that make up the union, but you'd think given you'd just been to Scotland you'd know that Scotland is a country with different laws and various other things to England, including bank holiday's. Your bank holiday doesn't apply in Scotland.

I’m on my way home from a wild camp at silver bay, ullswater. Last night the park ranger pulled up in his boat to tell us what we were doing was illegal and that we should pack up and go. We stayed the night anyway and moved early this morning. Have you ever encountered a park ranger in the lakes or the police during your car camping/wild camping?

Thunder in the glen over the weekend in aviemore (harley Davidson rally),this weekend. Next weekend at braemar is the braemar gathering,avoid the area,as it will be ranked with campers,and plod checks as elvis and madona are guests of honour.

The home off my forefathers have a grand time Adam, I’ve not long been home myself was over towards Oban then went on to Loch Lomand for a few nights, then I thought I can’t go home yet so headed to Dunoon to check out the waterfalls at pucks glen which if you get the chance to go it’s an absolute must I wild camped there the woodlands are a little eerie at night but there is a car park and it’s free bonus.

Usual brill vid, Welcome to my second home, and Gods country, If you decide to go far north, and do the brill walk to Britain's highest waterfall. There one small mountain that a must, Stac Polly "Stac Pollaidh" Only 2000ft high, but with spectacular views, in spectacular surroundings, and scrambling from easy to G3. I've do around 200munros including the 5 classic sottish ridges, Yet Stac Pollaidh is still my Fav mountain. 😊

Those 2 hills are my home turf I have lived in the town below them for 65 years , I know every nook and cranny around the Lomond Hills , the Lochs you seen are man-made water reservoirs supplying water for the towns below , those 2 Parking meters are new , never was a parking issue before these private companies must have applied for permission to put them there , they don't stick parking tickets on your window they just send a fine in the post to the registered keeper of the vehicle , ignore the bastids if you get post !!!!
