Just listening today in 2021 and feeling that this is the right tempo and expression for me. Today's bands have great pyrotechnics but no feeling and no expression. No question bands and individuals have made great strides with tuning and technology, but in my opinion, maybe lost something of the music that made pipe bands fun and challenging at the same time.

A very heavy "Atlantic Canada" influence on this medley construction and phrasing. Definitely, one of the more enjoyable medley's I've played in my piping career. The groove felt right that day and the band was very happy with the play. Glad you enjoyed it.
