Dear JunaidBhai, Greetings from Mumbai, Very interesting and informative documentary on Shahi Hamam in Lahore , which was built in 1635 ce. The brilliant restoration and conservation work was done by Aga Khan foundation along with local body, mainly funded by Norwegian gov. What caught attention is not just beautiful frescoes but also technological advances in making the hamam ( public bath) to function so efficiently along with acoustically designed chambers for communication. Keep up the good work, Junaid bhai in showcasing the rich culture, heritage , technology of Mughal era construction. Its one step towards creating awareness in people , encouraging them to study past and also tourism so as to fetch revenue to the local community. Best Regards

I don't even hv words to describe how much amazed I am watching this... Hats off to ppl who made this place a tourist attraction. I was literally lost in Mughal era and can really smell the bricks made from lentils n egg shells... I mean whoa... 😳

Wow this was so informative. We've all heard of Turkish and Greek baths but didn't realize there was a similar level facility at Lahore and had state of the art system to provide steam and cold water. Absolutely amazing.

Susprised to know we have so well maintained historical place. This is truly an engineering marvel. We must had architects like Da Vinci in our history who designed this place. But sadly we don’t commemorate the engineers and architects and that knowledge of science is lost in our history.

Just a heads up for people who are curious about eggshells being used in the walls. Eggshells consist of calcium carbonate, which you know can form calcite, the same as the seashells found in beaches. Same for lentils being used in the wall construction, rich source of minerals.

12:04 Bruh, that's some serious maths going on there, for those who use punjab text books: it's from chapter 6 of 12th maths. The chapter is named conic sections. I assume the room must be made in shape of an elipse, the nose touching places might be the focus points of it, if a sound is generated on 1 focus point, it reflects due to room's shape and focuses on 2nd focus point, resulting in increased amplitude which is audible Edit: I might be wrong how exactly it is designed but that's 1 of the possibilities as well XD
