I do still feel like I take up a lot of space. I have lost a lot of weight but I am not a tiny person. I'm not afraid of breaking seats or sitting in small chairs anymore but I still spill over just a tiny bit in a small chair or an airplane seat. Even though I have tons of room in my seat belt. I personally can't call goal until I feel like I can sit in any size seat and be completely contained in that seat with room left over.
