Thank you for the very informative video, appreciate the effort to tabulate the cost etc. Good work!!!! Totally got your point na you are in the foreign country na maraming Michelin Bib/Stars why not experience them, how frequents depends on the individual, daily, one time lang ba dapat? There is no wrong answer. Kung anu trip ng tao, gawin nya! Go lang JM! 😅 ❤❤❤

Michelin bib gourmand restaurants mean that they are value for money restaurants. If you want to eat at exceptional restaurants then go to places with Michelin stars. Just to let you know, there are no such things as Michelin starred or bib gourmand restaurants in the Philippines, please do your research. Michelin guide is not a tell all guide and does not really mean a restaurant is good or not, kung ano mood ng reviewer that day and that's it
@supermardsАй бұрын
Ok Chef. To give context, JM was responding to hate comments na “he is always eating at Michelin Bib Gourmand na parang repetitive at laging binibida na raw” (belittling his content) at his Hanoi-Thai Vlogs. I mean nasa isang bansa ka na accessible ang Bib Gourmand why not eat there. Nasa Germany ka, why not eat their pork knuckles? If you are in Japan, of course you have to try Japanese food. Maaaring nagkamali lang sya sa pagsabi about the Bib Gourmand and Stars because he has no script…..but he was just responding to nitpickers and I totally understand what he’s trying to say. Tayo namang mga Pinoy, “Ay may mali, comment ako to correct this vlogger”. I know JM appreciates your comment, pero seeing a lot of nitpicking comments, correcting him as if you don’t commit mistakes….ughhhh. JM responded to the Bib comments, and here you are responding to his response.😅 Walang katapusan. 😂 Siguro start with a positive statement like I appreciate your video very informative, would like to add……o kung anu gusto mo, yung comment naman adds to the algorithm of the video.😅
@supermardsАй бұрын
Sorry Chef! ANG LUTONG NG “PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH”. So you are saying? Hindi worth kumain sa restaurants na nasa Michelin Guide? Or you are belittling his Bib Gourmand content? Kahit na hinahanap hanap at gustong maasam ng international Chefs/Resto/Carinderia ang Michelin Star o Bib Gourmand, kasi depende sa mood ng reviewer? Have you done thesis presentation, Journal Presentations? Revalida or any Q and A presentation stuff na work related? I mean we all know the judges’ mood can vary from time to time, but still those Q and As, presentations or practicals are the standards for qualifying and quantifying your work. I mean look at the Court Justice System. May Judge😅. I mean I totally get JM’s point, andyan ka na, why not eat there. Kaya nga maraming kumakain sa Din Tai Fung, Hawker Chan at Tiong Bahru kahit branch lang. Makatikim ba ng kaunting stardust o bib from the Michelin Star or Bib Gourmand kahit franchise lang.

Sorry I just had to comment - There are no Michelin starred restaurants in the Philippines. Michelin Bib Gourmand is different from Michelin starred restaurants. The Michelin Bib Gourmand recognizes value-for-money restaurants without the very high price tags.
