Plot size: 121 ft *45 ft (605 gaj) Requirement : G+2 with a size of 30*35 or 35*40, ground floor as complete parking with underground water storage and rainwater harvesting tank, area can be used for small parties and get together. The design of this particular video is super. If the same can be converted into a 3bhk. The top garden area can be covered with tin shade where solar panels can installed and also the rainwater drainage pipes from it connecting the underground tank for rainwater harvesting. This was awesome 🔥 My requirement was two homes same design connect in a 80*50 plot West facing with 3 sides homes only front road open, of same specifications each 40*50 for 2 brothers with no boundaries in between .G+1 required 1. both houses look same and as one house in elevation. 2. Both 4 bhk with good drawing room . 3. Pooja room in both house and washing area in the back which should also have no wall in between . Small garden between both house and connected parkings to conserve space.Double highted wall near drawing room will be good. P.S both house should have same specifications and area i.e 40*50 Solar panels space on roof will be good and with same big roof to have committed garden and gym . I am following your videos from a long time , i would be happy if you help me with this and congratulations for your new car bro 🎊💯
