You have garage doors on one side of the building only. You should consider having matching garage doors on the opposite side of the building which would allow you to drive into one door in the evening after a workday and then simply drive out the other door when you go to work the next day. Easy in and easy out. Just some FYI for you.

Yeah I was actually talking to the builder about that, it’s kind of hard because where I’m building there’s not a whole lot of room on the backside but maybe I can figure something out. I like that idea for sure. Thanks man!

Sh*t your way ahead of me 🤣 but I’d like air hose lines and make sure you got enough power in every so often. I’m an Electrician by trade but getting into pressure washing a got a lot to learn but you explain a lot brutha! Keep up the good content!

Definitely make it so you can drive thru as well include some built-in industrial fans on opposing sides to create cross draft ventilation. Pick the side with the most consistent natural wind so you are not fighting yourself for flow. As well I would install a water mist soaker system on the underside of the eves to help cool the building in the really hot days. It can get hotter than a tin s…t house if you know what I mean. Always better to add those comfort features right from the start or at the 10 year mark you will still be saying I should put those things in. That’s my .02 cents from my life experiences …..

If space allows where building going i would have the closest to end roll up door a drive through. Would be nice to just pull truck in with a trailer do what you need pull straight out. Also if two trailers in their or truck wouldnt have to waste time moving other to get one out.

I agree man, the way we have it planned there wouldn’t be room to drive through but I could turn it and figure out a way to do it. I think that’s a good idea for sure

This is on Mueller’s website but I downloaded another app called Keyplan 3D and it’s really awesome!
