No sink in the bathroom? That won't work. But, there is room for a long vanity and even two sinks. I like a lot of things in this house though...simple roof, simple foundation covered front porch. I can't have a basement where I live so the space for the stairs would become a place for the HV/AC, plus some to add to closet space in back bedroom. I'm not a fan of the bar /island placement in the kitchen because of the unused space between it and the doors. In a small house, you just can't waste space.

10 would become a half bath if I were to build this home. 4 people need 2 bathrooms.

I fully agree. As an alternative, if the front door wall were made nearly flush with the living room front wall, there would be space in the foyer for a half bath. The passage from the foyer to the bedrooms is unnecessary.

Very odd kitchen.

The 2 accent walls that have that hideous wallpaper looks like wrapping paper! The 1 bathroom is not practical and the laundry just plopped in a hallway. The “island” in the kitchen with the sink has chairs….it’s too small and looks awkward, it’s not big enough for a coffee cup! Too many issues with this home!

Big time!!! The up to the ceiling cabinets are NOT CONVENIENT OR SAFE!!! As are the shelves where dishes were staged close to the ceiling,
