Thank you for a blissful, peaceful satsang Sanjay. Very important point is our attention. I see it as an untrained muscle. It's default is in our mind/ego/I am and we have to bring it beyond that to the witness. I resolved that if I have to bring attention back to reality 10000 times, I will, as it is the only way for me, to basically train it until it moves permanently there. Om Shanti! 🙏

Thank you Sanjay for the beautiful satsangs offered by you. Intense longing is the only solution. I am listening to the satsangs from England. I am longing 24/7 and I can only be quiet and cry everytime I understand and experience a deeper sense of awareness. It is wonderful that the Self has guided me to the teachings of Bhagavan Ramana. It is amazing how the path of truth is created for us by our Self.❤
