@@JordansHarvest be careful with the scope camera stuff. I have seen them be kinda finicky on other channels. Sry I dont have much to offer in the way of details.. lag in the image and digital crosshairs not being reliable were the biggest issues I remembered hearing. Look for something as analog as possible with a camera if that even makes sense lol.

As always great catch and cook! It looked so good and you did a great job once again explaining and all. Have ya ever made meatballs from any birds b4? Another more out of the box idea I had was making a dehydrated meal of some kind, it would be super cool to have something like that on a hunt or camping (You and Bob camping would be a hoot btw), assuming ya have an excess quantity of meat from hunts. Just a thought on how to extend and use some of the harvested game a bit differently. Thx, be well Jordan.

Use the butter n garlic you cooked the dove in as your sauce next time. Add more butter some parsley parmesan cheese and white wine or cooking cream and BOOM SON!!!!🤣😂

Great stuff if you bacon wrap them or duck pre cook your bacon halfway and it'll be nice and crispy on the grill, to stop flaming up you can put foil down on it
