Hello, yes, the Coaches Voice is a great place for sure. I use that platform for improving my overall coaching knowledge. That could be for example, delivering a particular training session, communicating with players, ideas for individual training sessions, or just to watch how professional coaches run their sessions. The movements and actions for my videos I gather from several sources, such as, watching football matches, watching videos, football books, licensing courses, ideas that I read on the web, and from all those, I create my own interpretations of the actions and I how I would like to deliver them. Those interpretations are bases on how I see the game. It is very possible that for someone to have a different opinion and approach. At the end of the day, tactics, movements and actions are based on the players, the opponents, and football perspective of the coach and the club. Do you have a subscription to the CV?

The best thing to do is to find a team and start coaching. You do not need to be the head coach either, you start by being an assistant. Most important is that you start.

I do not know how the football world is in India. If you have time to invest in coaching then do so but only do it if you really love football and that is what you want in life, otherwise you wont be happy. I am not sure what else to say other than do it if you love it, if not, then do it as a hobby until you are convinced about doing it full time.

Ukraine have done well in the UEFA EURO. They are fast strong and well structured defensively. We will see how the perform against England. I think a 4231 and 352 are great formations for Ukraine. Today they will use the 352, let's see how it goes against England. Are you Ukrainian?
