I'm so sorry for your loss. But great update. You are right about no excuses. I constantly keep making excuses and so I love watching your updates and hearing about how you handle all the stuff life throws at you without giving in and eating things you shouldn't

I feel the same about my mother....she was and is the best mother she knows how to be. You r so strong to share that. It’s such a sensitive subject for me that I feel guilty every time I explain my mother and my relationship. It’s complicated as well. I will pray for u and ur family.
