Just giving the pilot some new life. Cleaning out the gas nozzle. It constantly blew out by the wind in the chimney, now that is fixed ! Manual French: be-fr.documents.junkers.com/do...

Here in the Netherlands these are of the Fasto brand. Has been working flawlessly for 20 years. Thanks for this vlog. I will clean the main burner as well while I am at it. 👍🏻🤝🏻🇳🇱

I do have a question when you connect the gas tank for the first time. You'll need to light it up and then do you leave that small flame just on? Thanks in advance
@mfbfreakАй бұрын
You leave it on for as long as you need it. You can safely leave it on overnight, but if you want to save gas, you can turn it off in the evening and light it again in the morning.

Did you turn gas off during this cleaning? Thank you!

Yes, small effort to close it...

Why not clean main burner as well? While you’re in there. Obvious no maintenance done in a long time. Prevent clogging in the future? Nice video. Well shot, good lightning. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you and yes you are correct, I should have done the main burner aswell, not to hard to open, will do in the future for sure. Trying to film it... Not so sure yet though, how :)

@@Nerdiasme No, I would not say it was a waste of time, it seemed from the profile picture that this video would dwell unto the workings of some of Junkers engines as they did make their own engines apart from using BMW radial engines on some versions. I thought you would go into the inner working of these engines, nonetheless I was pleasantly surprised, needless to say I would suggest you might consider doing that.

That would be a blast. But a bit far fetched for my small channel. But you never know 😉
