Not a “small” home at all. So, although there’s no garage, the point to the car pulling in to the rear of the home was to show an entrance directly to the upper (family) level of this home. Love the true upstairs Master Suite! This 4 BR, 3 bath home is gorgeous! What surprises me is there’s no laundry room downstairs too and only a combo washer/dryer upstairs. You might want to rethink that.

I had a pool at my new house in Arkansas and I can say that $300-$400/month wasn’t worth it to an old guy with skin cancer from sun exposure problems. I’ve replace it with a storm shelter because we’ve seen three tornados in three years.
