Well done! The entry is excellent. The kitchen is not overlarge, but the pantry has more counter and storage. I like the design of the shower in the master bath. The plan checks all my boxes, and there's hardly any detail that I would change.

This is quickly becoming my favorite because of the room sizes. Might I make a suggestion? Would you consider opening up the wall separating the living room and kitchen? You could then close off the two existing pathways in and out of the kitchen/dining room. You could then make the pantry much larger and it would create a straight path from the living area to the kitchen.

I love the exterior of the home and I would add a deck off of the dining area with french doors in place of the windows. The layout is perfection. I love all of the arched entries and storage throughout. The fireplace centered with the beautiful arched shelves on each side and a smaller tv above the fireplace would work better for my ocd, lol! I would have a brown leather sofa instead of the gray to match the chair and make it warm and cozy too. I love all of the white cabinetry with the wood countertops. I would continue that look in the bathrooms and laundry area instead of the gray and black. The same wood flooring throughout would be perfect instead of the tile. I love that you placed a tub in the guest bathroom for those much needed long soaks. In the main bedroom, I would place the chest of drawers under the window near the closet and the desk where the chest of drawers are. I would add another nightstand where the desk is. I would also have warm wood finished headboard and nightstands instead of the white. Can you tell I like warmth? Lol! Overall, you created a lovely home. Great job!

I’d push the dimensions slightly (larger laundry, bigger master bath) but other than that I really like this. We’re thinking of something like this to retire into, and this is the best design I’ve seen.

Just perfect for 1 or 2 people, and I would bet that the furnishing could be changed to his/her taste. Most of these don’t list prices or anything like that. They want you to call them about it. And, most houses have corners and such. But it really is a lovely build. Especially for the non haters

Kitchen-dining and living should switch places and there should be an entrance to the front porch from the kitchen via a french door, as now the porch is not connected to the inside of the house. Also, there seem to be too many hallways in the house wasting the square footage. If you shuffle it a little, you could get another room or a study in the back.
