Sugar 50kg bags palletizing 2 SYMACH palletizers.
Sugar bag palletizing, 50kg woven polypropylene bags in a 4 bag pattern. A total of 6 layers to create a total pallet load of 1.2 tons. This special bag palletizer places the bags accurately to optimize stability and prevent bag overhang. The inner stacking cage keeps the bags in position while new layers are added. After each new layer the top layer is pressed against the split plates to level each layer before adding a new layer. After palletizing the straight, stable stack is ready to load into a container or by means of a sling bag direct into the hull of a break bulk vessel.
