ill try this looks nice. i have been playing 4222 but the final third gets very congested. i can see most of your goals are from transition too tho. edit: i tried this today and its really nice. the offensive players make good use of space, in a way that doesnt happen in most of the other formations. i dont quite understand why it works. maybe because you have one side playing as winger to stretch and you dont have too many players clogging the box so they more easily make space. but the cam/playmaker cdm/wide playmaker winger all make runs in order when space opens up.

the 4231 is good in transitions but if you slowed down your attack , you will find a lot of your players in the final third which can create you chances easily

the inside forward takes more time to cut inside , the wide playmaker is always in midfield as passing option

424 u hv 2 strikers to cross to n 2 wingers that u send foward by ur fullbacks using L1 button

Depending on who your half winger is, you might need to tweak it or change the player. It should look like a 325 in possession with the half winger sliding to the right.

i prefer to start with 60 then if i want to press high i change it in game to 70 or sometimes aggressive 95 and yes you can use 70 or 90 if you prefer that
